For attendees who join meetings by manually entering a Meeting ID, they will need to enter a password to access the meeting.įor attendees joining manually, we highly recommend re-sharing the updated meeting invitation before your workweek begins. If your attendees are joining via a meeting link, there will be no change to their joining experience. Going forward, your previously scheduled meetings (including those scheduled via your Personal Meeting ID) will have passwords enabled. Therefore, it is necessary for you to re-sharing the updated those meetings or courses invitation again in order not to have any problems. The meetings or courses you have planned before April 5th will be unavailable. As of April 5th, Passwords on your meetings are enabled and Waiting Rooms are turned on by default. Zoom has announced additional security enhancements to protect your privacy.
